All Paradigm Clinical Services staff and clinicians are vetted by background and reference checks. Clinicians are then trained with in-house orientation classes, ongoing classes and in-services, field precepts, and mentorship. Clinicians always have access to 24/7 clinical support as needed. All of our clinicians must have hospital based experience prior to hire. This hospital based experience along with our onboarding process allows our clinicians to be properly supported and equipped to provide the highest level of care for best possible patient outcomes. Our leadership/management, with a 60+ year combined Infusion Therapy work history, are all certified in different areas of infusion, including Vascular Access and Ig Certified which supports and creates a training experience of the highest level.

Where can my treatment be infused?
We primarily infuse patients in the comfort of their homes. We also infuse at M.D. offices, outpatient infusion Suites, and long term care facilities.
